She is survived by: her husband Paul Sykes; her children, Ashley Nicole Reader (Justin), Samantha Ann Sykes and Paul Stephen Sykes, Jr.; her grandchildren, Camilla, Paxton and Bryce; her siblings, Robbie Clark (Pamela) and Connie Lehr (Dennis); her niece Brittany; her godson Eric; her niece Jessica; and her stepmother Julie Zappacosta. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends.
