It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Downey of Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, born in Limestone, Maine, who passed away on March 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Joseph Downey; her parents, Dionne Little and Gary W. Little; her daughter Pamela Downey; her brother Richard J. Little (Pamela Gordon); her nephews, Mitchell J. and Andrew W. Little; her close friends, Art Lewis and Cathy Davidson; and her former husband Joseph Downey.
