He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene Kay Colgan; his children, F. Michael, Dennis and Barry (Mary Beth); his grandchildren, Taylor and Caitlin; and his parents, Francis Xavier Sr. and Mary Agnes Colgan.
