He was predeceased by: his spouse Nina Marie Fox Lee. He is survived by: his children, David Lee, Jr. (Jean), Karen Marie Trullinger (Ted), Larena Gail Lee (Sue) and Lisa Darlene Lee; and his grandchildren, Laura (Dennis), Ted, Jr. (Jackie), Nicholas (Kelly), Tara, Rebecca and Jessica.
