He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. and Irene Fooks, Sr. (Williams). He is survived by: his children, Danielle M. Fooks and Evan T. Fooks; his siblings, Richard Fooks (Wendy), Thomas Fooks (Karen) and Joanne Shultz; his parents-in-law, Hugh and MaryAnn Hatton; his brother-in-law Dan Hatton (Jennifer); his nephews, Jordan Fooks, Michael Schultz, Kevin Schultz and Russell Middleton; and his niece Jacqui Sams.
In Lieu of flowers, in remembrance of John's life, the family asks that donations be made to Donna, for the children's college fund, and sent to 4924 Grant Drive, Brookhaven, PA 19015.
