He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Mellace and Palma Mellace (Munizzi); and his brother Frank Mellace. He is survived by: his wife Deanna "Peanut" Mellace (Schureman); his daughters, Stephanie Harney and Kim Ingber (Steve); and his stepchildren, Bob Davis (Jill), Gary Davis (Ann) and Debbie Davis. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Joe's name to the American Lung Association http://www.lung.org for COPD research would be appreciated.
