He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Smith Hall-Hardy; his son Marvin Hardy, Jr.; his stepsons, Charles and William Hall; and his siblings, Jean Overton and Jessie Hardy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
