He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Mack and Elsie Mack; and his nephew Daniel Joel Kaufmann. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Shaw (Nathan), Michelle Mack Rodriguez (Pete), Jacqueline and Michael Mack II (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Lennon, Otilie Shaw, Bentley Borican, Kori Arthur and Gemma Mack; and his siblings, Julie Ferreri (Larry), Linda Mack Kaufmann (Joel), Alicia Mack-Wieder (Rob), Rebecca Mack, William M. Mack, II (Carrie) and James Mack (Lisa). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces/nephews and friends.
