He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Twesten, Jr. and Evelyn Twesten (McCrea); and his sister Linda McCann. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly J. Twesten (Sullivan); his sons, James Worthington, Jr., Robert Worthington, Sr. (Christine) and Matthew Worthington, Sr.; his grandchildren, Brianna, Shiloh, Caleb, Erica, Robert, Jr., Matthew, Jr., Elijah, Emma, Jenna, Jack and Samuel; and his great grandchild Ava. He is also survived by his wife, three sons, grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
