He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger S. Haggerty and Dorothy H. "Doris" Haggerty; and his sister Nancy Doryce Hart. He is survived by: his wife Susan P. Stewart Hart; his children, Roger P. Hart, Jr., Adam Hart (Tasia) and Emily Hart Baumeister; and his brothers, Joseph Hart (Dale), Patrick Hart (Patty) and Paul Hart (Lisa). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
