He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierce Batty and Bessie Batty; and his brother Pierce Batty, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Arleen Romano, Ralph Batty (Michele) and Jim Batty (Mary Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
