He is survived by: his sons, Matthew C. and Nathan D. Beloved; his parents, Charles W. and Ellen D.; his significant other Valerie Cooper (Evans); and his brothers, David C. (Diane) and William D. (Megan). He is also survived by his 4 nephews.
