He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Linda A. Mininno and Thomas J. Mininno, Jr.; his sister Melissa Mininno; his grandparents, June, Jerry Frank and Ann Mininno; and his uncle Michael Mininno.
