He was predeceased by: his wife Rita R. Waters; and his sister Philomena Ciarmoli. He is survived by: his children, Laura "Pud" Waters (Ron Vochinsky), Michael McKenzie (Paola), Cheryl Powell (Howard), Joseph McKenzie (Vicki), Robert McKenzie (Alice), Rosa Kauffman (Steve), William McKenzie, Jr., Mary Waters and Georgette Waters; his sister Beverly A D'Ambrosio; his sister-in-law Laura Waters; his brother Robert D. Waters (Terri); and his grandchildren, Gianna and Nicholas Finnicum. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
