She is survived by: her husband James Welsh; her children, Kate Costa (Chris), Jim Welsh and Melissa Shindledecker (Jason); her grandchildren, Kayla, Brandon, James, Emma, Abigail, Landon and Lucas; her brother John Wenger; and her cousins, Mary Everlof and Joe Culbertson.
