He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jack (Mary) and Billy Small (Clare); and his parents, Mary Small and John Small. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Small; his children, Joseph Small (Kelly), Susan Schapiro (Ron) and Colleen Pickering (Kevin); his grandchildren, Carlie, Joey, Ty, Jonny, Sadie, Jack and Jemma; and his siblings, Bobby, Jimmy (Victoria), Kevin, Michael Small (Cyndee) and Donna Paolino (Joe).
