Decker (Broomall, Pennsylvania), born in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 23, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Donald, Melvin, Beverly, Goldie, Carolyn, Arlene and Sue; and his former wives, Audrey M. Helsel Decker and Louise Hanna Decker.

He is survived by: his child Margaret (Thomas) of Lorton; and his stepson James D. Hannah of Williamstown, NJ.

Donations may be made to Ridley Park Baptist Church, 15 E. Ridley Avenue, Ridley Park, PA.
