He was predeceased by: his spouse Adeline; and his child Robert. He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Maureen), Sal (Kathie) and David (Gina); his grandchildren, Elise (Matt), Nicholas (Molly), Michelle (Huntley), Kristen, Stephen, Robert, Rachel, Dominic, Michael and Gabrielle; and his brother Albert.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The wounded Warrior Project.
