She is survived by: her children, Sally Ann Phillips (Tim), Sharon Angelaccio (Steven), David Vaughan (Joyce) and Steve Vaughan (Georganne); her grandchildren, Caleb Phillips, Alexis Angelaccio, Heidi Phillips, Alyssa Angelaccio, Corey Woodcock, Jason, Danielle, Lorraine, Darlene, Dustin, Steven and Kathy Jo; and her nephew Charles Clement.
