He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J.; and his sister-in-law Patti McHugh. He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth McHugh; and his siblings, Elizabeth Blackledge (Roy) and Thomas J. McHugh. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and great nephews.
