He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Mary Snyder McClelland, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Franks McClelland; his daughter Jodi Alessio of Elizabeth, PA; and his granddaughter Madison Alessio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
