She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Duvall and Geraldine Shumar Lent; her husband John Zayak (Zig); her stepfather James Lent (Fish); her brother Anthony Lent; her granddaughter Nicole Mae Zayak; and her grandmother Mae Duvall.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Zayak (Kristin), Robert Zayak (Nichole) and Nicholas Zayak (Paige Petrucci); her grandchildren, Dylan, Paige, Abigail, Nicholai, Taylor, Makayla, Alaina, Nixon, Parker, Dominick and Aubriella; her great grandchildren, Ariya and Aliza; and her siblings, Cynthia Daleo, Bobbie Jo Bakewell (Richard), Kirk Lent (Kellie), Gina Redman (Pete) and Jeremy Lent.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skirpan Funeral Home (135 Park St, Brownsville, PA 15417). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
