She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Meissner and Minta Meissner (DeBord); her husband Francis "Frank" B. Wence; her grandson Victor John Mattie, Jr.; her siblings, Don, Fred Meissner and Helen Britvich; and her nephew Chuck Britvich.
She is survived by: her children, Fulton Wence (Debra Ferry), Roger Wence and Colette Snow (Bill); her grandchildren, Valerie Williams (Michael), Craig Wence (Ashley), Bryan Wence (Michelle), Jacqueline Mattie, Grace Neilson (Kevin) and Randal Mattie (Sally); and her nephew Fred Britvich. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
