She was predeceased by: her father George Hrsak; her husband John Teslovich, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret, Helen, Rose, Joe and Arthur.
She is survived by: her children, Lucille (Afif Elias), John Teslovich (Debra), David Teslovich and Brian Teslovich (Cara Davis Teslovich); her grandchildren, Kathy, Robert Peters, Mark Elias, Monica, John Tyler, JoAnna Encapera Teslovich, Christina Elias, Brittany, Tyler Palfrey, Ashley Teslovich, Hannah Teslovich, Eli and Elizabeth Teslovich; and her great grandchildren, John Owen Teslovich, Dominic Teslovich, Cody Teslovich, Clayton Teslovich and Nelson Palfrey.
