With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harriet Stroup of Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abner Peterson and Violet Henrietta Retcofsky Burwell; her husband Daniel F. Stroup; and her siblings, Ralph Burwell and Eleanor Stroup.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Orchard (Tom) of Evans City, Debra Ritchie (Randy) of Lake Placid, FL, Daniel P. Stroup (Sheila) of Merrittstown, Janet Weight (Charles) of White Oak, Lou Ann Bella (Walter) of Uniontown, Kelly Clark (Bill) and Mark Stroup of Brownsville; and her sister Shirley Stauffer of Hiram, OH. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
PA COVID-19 restriction will be followed including the wearing of face masks and social distancing.
