He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Stevens and Anna Elizabeth Cash Stevens; and his brother Frank Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Hannah Pirt Stevens; his daughters, Dayna Teper (Bill) and Jamie Matteucci (Tom); and his grandson Jacob Teper.
