He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Foster and Leona Foster; his wife Velma; his brother Richard Foster (Lois); his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Foster, Sylvia Foster and Rich Joseph; his cousin Bill Hill; and his brothers-in-law, Dwight Harper (Terri Harper) and Garry Hallman.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Tuorinsky (Damon) and Craig Foster (Loralee "Loree"); his grandsons, Brent Tuorinsky (McKenna) and Evan Tuorinsky (Janelle); his great grandchild Charlotte; his siblings, Glen Foster, Fred Foster, Don Foster (Susan), Barb Joseph and Dale Foster (Sue); his cousin Wendell Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Harper (Donna), Darius Harper, Vonnie Boyer (Gary), Duane Harper (Valerie), Laurie Delaney (Chris), Dave Harper (Tracy), Ron Harper (Louise), Jerry Harper, Sharon Kuntz (Jack), Jeff Harper (Jewel) and Brian Harper (Kara). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bowser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748). A committal service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
