He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bede and Marcella Elizabeth Kuhn Warner; his daughter Christine Welch of Buffalo, TX; his wife Nancy Ann Heiney; his siblings, Fred, Regina of Ohio, Evelyn of Ohio, Maxine of Ohio, Grace of Ohio and Betty of Ohio; his son-in-law Michael Skarupa; and his adoptive son Donald Tustin.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Warner (Doreen) of Cross Creek, Jeannette Richardson of Imperial, Brenda Blanchard of Cherry Valley, Linda Warner (Julie) of Chandler, AZ, Pauline Skarupa of Cherry Valley, Rachel Welsh (Tom) of Cross Creek and Felicia Butts of Cross Creek; and his sisters, Mary Shockling of Ohio and Ruth Decker of Ohio. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
