With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sylvia Bittner of Burgettstown, Pennsylvania, born in Avella, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Edward Bittner; her parents, Vendel Popp and Agnes Popp; her siblings, Mary Galish, Irene Meehan, Agnes Bittner, John, Mike and Vendel Popp; and her godson Cameron Ibella.
She is survived by : her sister Velma Jean Snyder (Karl); her nieces and nephews, Erma McCloskey, Joann McKee (John), Arlene Allison (Steve), Susan Dearth (Bill), Beverly Filip, Nancy Cwynar (Marty), Allan Bittner (Jeannette), Raymond Bittner, Joey Bittner and John Meehan (Linda); her godchildren, Patty Ann Harmon (Matthew), Lauri Alt and Michael McKee (Raquel); her great-niece Melissa Ibella (Craig); and also, Lydia, Bianca Ibella and Robert Fetty. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
