She was predeceased by: her parents, Brice Hetrick and Alberta Hetrick (Grossman). She is survived by: her husband Karl "Sam" Birckbichler; her children, Brian (Brandie Birckbichler) of Butler, PA and Melissa (David Cunningham) of East Butler, PA; her grandchildren, Matthew Cunningham, Luke Cunningham and Breanna Birckbichler; and her sister Doretha Johns of Butler.
