He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Hoover and Elizabeth G. "Betty" Hoover; and his brother Richard B. Hoover. He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Behrens (Joseph) of Butler and Brianna Leyland (Colin) of Butler; his grandchildren, Lucia, Jules, Kian Leyland, Grace, Hudson, Kailyn Behrens and Marcus Lantz; his niece Lorie Conroy (Michael); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley and Alyssa.
