She is survived by: her parent Genevieve Angert Smith; her husband Donald E. Mentzer; and her children, Sandra Babula (Bruce), Mickie Mennor of Butler, Douglas Mentzer (Blanche) of East Butler, David Mentzer (Linda) of Butler and Karen May (Bill) of Butler.
