He is survived by: his parent Nellie Jurysta (Sebock); his wife Patricia Ann Jurysta; his son Harold Jurysta Jr. of Butler; his granddaughter Hallie Jurysta of Butler; and his siblings, Rose Ann Slupe of Butler, Jerome Jurysta (Mary Ann) of Lyndora, Ronald Jurysta (Barbara) and Edward Jurysta (Harriet).
