He is survived by: his parents, Dennis J. Cunningham and Judith A. Cunningham (Buczkowski) of Zelienople; his son Dylan J. Cunningham; and his siblings, Michael Cunningham of Zelienople, Shannon Pietrusinski (John) of Mars and Alica McQuaid (Jesse) of Ellwood City. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jimmy's honor to a charity of the donor's choice.
