We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2019, at the age of 80, Jerome Jurysta (Butler, Pennsylvania), born in Lyndora, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Jurysta and Nellie Sebock Jurysta; and his brothers, Carl "Sonny", Martin, Stephen "Pecka", Larry and Harold Jurysta.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ostwinch Jurysta; his daughter Marilee; his siblings, Rose Ann Slupe of Butler, Ronald Jurysta (Barbara) of Butler and Edward Jurysta (Harriet) of Butler; and his siblings-in-law, Stan, John Ostwinch of Butler and Pat Jurysta.

Donations may be made in his memory to the donor's favorite charity.
