He is survived by: his wife Donna Slagle Spinetti; his daughters, Farrah Spinetti of Butler and Brandy Andler (Art Barnett) of Butler; his grandchildren, Adam, Laithan, Anthony, Tory and Kelsey (Eric); his great grandchildren, Andrew and Vera; and his nephew Richard Staugh of Cabot.
