He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer G. Vogt, Sr. and Thelma E. Seybert Vogt; and his siblings, John A. Vogt, Homer G. Vogt, Jr. and Betty Jean Vogt.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Vogt; his children, Connie S. Matlosz (Henry) of Orange, CA and Kenneth E. Vogt, Jr. (Mary Clark) of Butler, PA; his grandsons, Tanner Vogt and Levi Vogt (Jordan); his siblings, Richard L. Vogt (Mona) of Myersdale, PA and Esther Wood (Alan) of White Haven, PA; and his sister-in-law Emma Vogt. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
