She is survived by: her parent Florence McCommon Materniak (McCullough); her children, Christine Fallecker (Thomas) of East Butler and Eugene Beitch (Jodi) of Butler; her grandchildren, Chelsea Gray (Lance), Tyler Fallecker, Dustin Beitch and Cody Beitch; her great grandchild Carson Beitch; and her sisters, Daneen Miller (Greg) of Butler and Florence "Pokey" Carothers (Joseph) of Chicora.
