She is survived by: her sons, Carl "C. F." Hoffman III (Colleen) of Enon Valley, PA, William C. Hoffman (Elaine) of New Castle, PA and Roger L. Hoffman (Lori) of Worthington, PA; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Hoffman (Shirah), Emily Domena (Brian), Megan Hoffman, Carly Hoffman and Logan Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Ahna Hoffman, Belle Hoffman and Ember Domena; her siblings, Clifford Heasley, Merle Heasley, Emogene Lyon and Donna Downing (Les); her stepgranddaughters, Amy Ramsey (Rob) and Mary Rose Gill (Cary); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Zach Ramsey (Annie), Madison Ramsey, Cameron Gill, Kerrigan Gill, Jamie Ramsey and R. J. Ramsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
