She was predeceased by: her parent Wendell Hoffman; her husband Robert J. Hawn; and her son James Arthur Hawn. She is survived by: her parent Louise Hess Hoffman; her children, Marilyn Moore of Butler, Bruce Hawn (Glenna) of Prospect and Scott Hawn (Karen) of Butler; her siblings, Joseph Hoffman (Carol) of Moon Township, Bernard Hoffman (Linda) of Coraopolis, Dorothy Roth of Golden Valley, Rosemarie Rebel of Pittsburgh and Ruthann Reiland (Robert) of Bethel Park; her grandchildren, Brandon Moore, Amanda Londino, Emily Eldridge, Ashley Hawn and Karlee Hawn; her great grandchildren, Natalie Marie Londino and Owen Robert Eldridge; David of Butler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Rosary Makers of St. Michael's, in care of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Ave., Butler, PA 16001.
