With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Gicie (Butler, Pennsylvania), born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel Gicie; his wife Bonita Brabec Gicie; and his sisters, Irene Dottavio, Amy Bowers and Helen Mary Harterstein.

He is survived by: his parent Frances Hudas Gicie; his daughter Sandra Fry; his stepdaughter Felicia Giger of Butler; his grandchildren, Alexandra C. (Jonathan), Hannah C. Ventura of Pittsburgh and Faye C.; and his siblings, Daniel Gicie and Frances Miller.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew Orthodox Church.
