She is survived by: her parent Gladys Stutz (Ekas); her children, Kenneth Henry (Deborah) and Karen Osche (Lou) of Butler; her grandchildren, Dustin Henry (Cyndi), Desiree Henry Cherepko (Rob), Jon Slupe (Shannon) and Eric Slupe; her great grandchildren, Kaden Slupe, Kolton Slupe, Jayla Slupe, Kamryn Cherepko and Kendyl Cherepko; and her sisters, Naomi Fishel and Maryann Frye.
