He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Neff, Sr. and Mary Agnes Neff (Angert). He is survived by: his wife Jeannie M. Neff (Ritzert); his children, Christopher Raymond Neff of Shenango Twp and Melissa Firster (Edward) of Shenango Twp; and his grandchildren, Brandon So, Michaela Taylor, Braiden Neff, Isabella Firster and Briar Firster. He is also survived by 4 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
