She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Sprenkle and Marie Sprenkle (Hailstone); her husband James Richard Shaffer (Dick); and her son James Richard (Skip). She is survived by: her sons, Peter Shaffer (Janie) of Butler, PA and William Shaffer (Stephanie) of Mars, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
