He is survived by: his parent Karl D. McCoy; his children, Karen Kuciak (John) of Prospect, Gary McCoy (Lori) of Butler, Joyce Shoemaker of Harmony and David McCoy of Rochester; and his sister Edith Wana. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
