He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Pirazzi and Norman Gerber; his brother Norman "Ikey" Pirazzi; his mother-in-law Patty Dick; and his sisters-in-law, Marianne Dick and Nancy Dick-Sennett.
He is survived by: his wife Nadine (Dick); his children, Maria Leonard (Robert) of DuBois and David Pirazzi II (Tami) of Las Vegas, NV; his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Pirazzi and Billy Dick; and his pet Royce. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
