He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd R. Fennell and Ola Anthony Fennell; his wife Jean Christie Fennell; his brother Alan Fennell; his son-in-law Vernon Keck; and his sisters, Elaine Newcaster, Shirley Hepting Edwards and Beryl Rectanus.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Keck of Saxonburg and Joyce Fennell of Butler; his grandchildren, Steven Keck, Erin Oberst (Dan) and Mark Keck; his sister Phyllis Stutz Heaton of Butler; and his brother-in-law Wendell Burtner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
