She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Ochkie; her daughter Rita Ann; and her siblings, Mary, Olga, Helen, Stella, Betty, George and Frank Deutchki.

She is survived by : her daughters, Gloria Sarnowski (Dennis), Mary Jane Ochkie and Simone Zani; her grandchildren, Tara Stanley (John), Chad Sarnowski, Lauren Fassinger (David) and Lisa Everton (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Emma, Mosley, Nola and Lottie. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

The family request memorial contributions be made to ViaQuest Hospice, 610 Park Avenue, Monongahela, PA 15063 in memory of Anne Ochkie.
