She is survived by: her children, April L. Musick (Joshua Steele) of Vandergrift and Forst C. Musick, Jr. (Kerry) of Battle Creek, MI; her grandchildren, Tyler, Jeffrey and Isabella; her mother-in-law Laura Eicher of Ligonier; her brother Mike Lucke (Brenda); and her pet Miss Daisy.
