She is survived by: her parent Monica Zahradnik Dufford; her spouse John F. Slagle Sr.; her children, Kathy Dufford of Renfrew, Don Forringer of New York City, John Slagle Jr. of Callery and Dan Slagle of Callery; and her siblings, Martin Dufford (Pam) of Butler, Betty Smith (Ron) of Connoquenessing and Bertha Dufford. She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
